Payment and Collection

Invoicing – Once the auction is closed and you have won your lot(s), you will be sent an email, within 30 minutes of the closing time. This automated mail includes a link to your invoice on, which  is within your "account". The invoice lists details of your lots, additional charges, VAT rates, collection dates/location and payment details. For more information about invoicing please see how does the invoice overview work. You will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (or equivalent) to read your invoice. Download Abobe Acrobat Reader here.

Payment – Once the auction is closed and you have won a lot (or lots) you will receive an email with a hyperlink to your invoice. Invoices should be paid in full PRIOR to collection day - this will guarantee your lots are available for you to pick up. Normally you have 5 - 8 days to issue payment (to a local bank account as per your invoice). Payment can be made by using the build-in payment system online, available in your MY INVOICES PAGE.

Collection of lots – For every auction, an on-site collection day (a fixed period of 2 - 6 hours) is organised. This is where the lots can be collected during the arranged time. Time and location will be stated at the bottom of the lot page during bidding and again on your invoice after close of auction.
  • Bring a printout of your invoice with you to location! This will help facilitate and expedite handling.
  • Arrange for ample manpower, means of transport and tools. The employees of Auctionista cannot always help you!
