Invoice OverviewDownloading your invoice:
Older versions (2011 and earlier) of the browser Internet Explorer (9.0 and earlier) do not fully support secure log-in. In order to protect your personal data, and have full access to your invoices, we recommend that you install Internet Explorer 10 or 11, or alternatively use Chrome, Safari or Firefox.
You can easily update or change browser by using one of the following options:

Having completed the few short steps in your chosen link, you can log-in and access all data including your invoices.
How does the invoice overview work – Under ‘My Invoices’ in ‘My Overview’ you will find all outstanding and paid invoices. Invoices will be included once you have won one or more lots in an auction. After payment the status will change to ‘Paid’.
Opening an invoice – All invoices are in PDF. To open the files you will need Adobe Acrobat Reader (version 6.0 or up). To open an invoice, click on the link with the relevant invoice number in ‘My Invoices’.
Downloading Adobe Acrobat Reader – If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader 6.0 or up, go to the Adobe site and download Acrobat Reader.
View ‘My Invoices’ – Go to ‘My Invoices’
